Our import know-how spanning 15 years ensures that you will receive the highest quality at the best price and that deliveries take place on the agreed dates.

 


Step 3: Creation of Intranet Shop for Internal Distribution
In order to get all advertising material to your branches, agents and employees, we can create a customised intranet shop for you upon request. This shop will present your merchandising profile in a suitable and clear manner, allowing your clients to place their orders in a quick and efficient manner. The design of the shop will be based on your specifications and corporate design guidelines. If required, we can also install an authorisation system for you that is customised to your workflow.

 


Step 4: Storage
All your goods will be stored on pallets in modern high-bay storage facilities. The clear structure of this storage system ensures the smooth processing of all incoming orders.

 


Step 5: Fulfilment and Shipment
We will process all orders by using cost-effective transport solutions and protective packaging. Shipment takes place in close cooperation with several logistics service providers, which ensures the on-time delivery of orders. Online communication with our logistics partners ensures clear communication and smooth data transfer.

 


Step 6: Financial and Return Management
We will manage all the invoicing for your advertising material. Invoicing and delivery information can be sent separately to various recipients and/or cost centres. We can also take care of the control and settlement of any outstanding items, as well as management of returned goods.
